Service description

PresentCare is a caregiving coordination tool that helps families remember what was discussed at medical visits and stay organized.

PresentCare is NOT a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

AI-generated summaries may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. You should verify all medical information with qualified healthcare providers before acting on it.

Audio recording consent

By using the recording feature, you consent to:

Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for medical decisions. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment.

Subscriptions and billing

PresentCare offers auto-renewing subscriptions: $12.99/month or $99.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Your agreement and the App Store

Availability

Features may change, and some may be offered in early-access form. The service may be interrupted for maintenance. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CKI LLC from claims arising out of your use of the recording feature, including any failure to obtain required consent from people you record, and any violation of recording, wiretapping, or privacy laws.

Limitation of liability

PresentCare is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PresentCare and its operators are not liable for:

PresentCare is not a substitute for professional medical care.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of CKI LLC for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of PresentCare will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid CKI LLC in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use PresentCare ends. Data deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
